We strategically manage and optimise your software licenses to maximise their usage efficiency and minimise unnecessary costs. We will ensure you have enough licenses for your software needs, without overspending.
Licensing & Software Health Check
In this assessment we are able to identify how many licenses you have versus how many licenses you need, depending how often they are being utilised. Within this phase we will analyse your current Microsoft Contract, assess the current pricing structure and identify any amendments to optimise your estate.
LICENSING PROVISION
This is because licensing is platform dependent where some of our offerings are based on users needed, such as Microsoft Office and Teams, while others are based on storage. You will be charged on a per user, per month basis for each licence you buy and will be billed monthly in advance. There is a minimum 12-month subscription, with the price locked.
The process of moving licenses across to us is very easy. We will buy the licenses you need in advance, then automatically move your data across. Once the moving process is complete, we will handle the cancelation of your old licenses on your behalf, without your team experiencing any user downtime.

When an employee leaves, we are able to retire your unused licenses in order to keep your licenses as cost-effective as possible. If you replace an employee, we are also able to help swap and manage your licenses so that you are never in a surplus or deficit of what you need when it comes to your licensing.
Azure Optimisation
Microsoft Azure Optimisation is a strategic approach aimed at enhancing the efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of utilising Microsoft Azure cloud services. We can manage the process of moving you to Azure from another cloud platform on your behalf and customise the platform so that meets your unique business needs.
